Our After-Sales Department will assist you if you have any queries or difficulties – the range of services at your disposal includes everything from start-up to product returns. If needed, an associate of our staff will be on the site within a very short period to work together with you and to take care of your problems and interests. Our team includes skilled individuals who are happy to offer any additional service for any specific matter.

Additional after-sales services include:

(1) The cost of film per pallet and an assessment of load stability.
(2) Advice on how to make stretch-wrapped pallets more reliable, higher quality, safer, and more appealing.
(3) Constant vigilance over pallet prices, equipment performance requirements, and film prices.
(4) Examining and/or advising on the optimal film fit for machine wrappers.
(5) The setup of the machine and continuing user training.
(6) Evaluation of hand-wrapping procedures used by operators.
(7) Evaluation of wasteful use of hand film.
